The carrycot of the VELAR UP stroller has an innovative function for quick flat folding and re-tensioning.
The folding mechanism is located under the carrycot and is operated with one hand . All you have to do is press a button.
Re-tightening the carrycot is also extremely simple and quick. Just pull the strap on the back of the carrycot. Folding the carrycot has never been so easy. This feature is extremely practical when we travel by car when we want the carrycot to take up as little space as possible in the luggage compartment.

The inside of the baby bath is made of quilted cotton with a high grammage. The double-sided 2-in-1 mattress has a coconut fibre filling on one side and classic foam on the other.
There is a large ventilation panel in the front part of the baby bath.
In addition, you can expose up to two sections of the sunroof to ensure optimal ventilation even on the hottest summer days. The fans are secured with grilles and also function as windows for the child.

When your baby starts to sit up on his own, it's time to switch to the sports seat. The large, comfortable seat of the VELAR UP model is designed for children up to 22 kg , i.e. up to four years old.

You can fold the VELAR UP together with the seat, regardless of whether it is mounted facing forward or backward.
The new 5-point safety belt system is attached with a magnetic buckle , which makes it almost impossible to put the belt on incorrectly and offers a high level of user comfort.
The child safety seat is tiltable and has a joint that allows it to be lowered freely along the stroller frame. Thanks to this feature, you can quickly and comfortably put your child in the stroller. The inside of the seat is made of soft fabric glued with special foam, which makes it comfortable for the child and looks very modern.

A sun canopy with an additional zippered part allows you to protect your child from the low sun. On the back of the canopy there is a removable ventilation panel, which also serves as a viewing window for the child when the seat is facing forward.
The VELAR UP stroller from RIKO combines the highest quality of workmanship with excellent driving characteristics and the latest technological solutions. The adjustable hardness of the shock absorption allows you to adjust the stroller to the weight of the child. This is a very important feature in 2-in-1 strollers, as they are designed for both newborns and older children weighing up to 22 kg. Softer padding is perfect if you use a carrycot, i.e. your child's weight does not exceed 9 kg, or a rear-facing stroller. Harder shock absorption is designed for heavier children who are transported in the stroller facing the direction of travel, when the heaviest load is transferred to the rear axle of the stroller. Large tubeless wheels with polyurethane-elastomer tires work in all conditions and in all seasons.
The set includes a large, practical bag that attaches to the stroller handle, a winter cover with a quick access system for the child, a rain cover, a mosquito net, a basket that attaches to the stroller frame with a flap closed with magnets and a safety bar that protects the child.

The baby car seat COSMO

The COSMO i-Size baby seat is a child seat for newborns up to an age of approximately 15 months that complies with the latest European safety standards for car seats. In contrast to the standard (ECE R44/04), the i-Size standard refers to the size of the child and no longer to the weight.
The i-Size standard requires a mandatory test of side impact protection . This means the child's head and neck are better protected because the head cannot be thrown around as violently.

BABY CAR SEAT/CAR SEAT COSMO i-Size

The COSMO has the latest European ECE R129 approval, which guarantees the highest level of child safety when travelling by car. The ECE R129 approval classifies seats according to the child's height and not weight, so the seats are better adapted to the child's dimensions. The COSMO is intended for children with a height of 40 to 87 cm (from birth to around 13 kg according to the old classification).
The child seat is delivered in black, as shown.

Base station DOCK 2:

The ISOFIX base is an extremely practical and convenient device that will help you significantly increase the safety of your child when traveling by car. A seat mounted on a base is stable even when there is no child in it, and the risk of incorrect installation is minimal. You can attach the seat to the base with one quick movement, and the indicator system will show whether the seat is installed correctly.
