shipping and payment conditions

The following conditions apply:

shipping conditions
Delivery is only possible within Germany. Shipping to German islands is excluded.

shipping costs
All deliveries are free of charge.
For cash on delivery purchases, a fee of 10.00 euros will be charged.
If the item is not picked up despite a prior appointment, this fee will not be refunded and the customer remains obliged to pay.

delivery times
The goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within the shipping time specified for each item after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

- Payment via Amazon Payments
- Payment via Shopify payments (credit card, instant bank transfer)
