We often receive order requests from customers in Austria and Switzerland. In our opinion, the shipping costs to Austria and Switzerland are so high that we cannot and do not want to charge for them. However, there are ways in which you can place orders cost-effectively with just a little more effort:

For our customers in Switzerland we recommend ordering via " MeinEinkauf.ch ":

Via MeinEinkauf.ch, private customers and companies with residence or place of business in Switzerland can purchase goods from online retailers in Germany and have them sent to their address in Switzerland.

As a customer of MeinEinkauf.ch, you will receive an @meineinkauf.ch email address. If you use this email address and purchase and pay for goods on account of MeinEinkauf GmbH (Germany), your purchase will be delivered fully customs-cleared and taxed by MeinEinkauf AG (Switzerland) directly to you in Switzerland. You will not pay any import duties or presentation taxes.

For a delivery from an online retailer in Germany, you pay the same final price as customers in Germany (in euros) and only a service fee to MeinEinkauf.ch starting at CHF 14.90 (see price list ), which includes customs clearance and shipping to your address in Switzerland.
