The COSMO is a child seat for newborns up to approximately 15 months old, which complies with the latest European safety standards for car seats. Unlike the standard (ECE R44/04), the i-Size standard refers to the size of the child rather than the weight. The i-Size standard requires a mandatory test for side impact protection. This better protects the child's head and neck, as the head is no longer thrown around as forcefully. 

The ISOFIX base is an extremely practical and convenient device that helps increase the safety of your child significantly while traveling by car. A seat mounted on a base is stable even when there is no child in it, and the risk of incorrect installation is minimal. You can attach the seat to the base with a quick movement, and the indicator system shows whether the seat is installed correctly.

• The sleeping bag consists of two parts!
• For the little ones who are already exploring the world while sitting but cannot walk yet, the upper part of the footmuff is sufficient. This is closable at the bottom edge with a zipper and completely lined inside with cozy warm fleece.
• The remaining footrest is not left unused during this time, but instead gives you a great extra bag with shoulder strap and zipper in the same color as the stroller!
• As the child grows and happily trudges through snow and mud, you can either let the dirty little boots peek out by simply opening the bag at the bottom or easily attach the foot part. In this case, however, we have also thought ahead and lined the foot part with washable geotextile.
• If the footmuff gets dirty, it can be completely washed at 30 degrees.
• The headboard can be pulled together with a drawstring, so that your child is optimally protected from cold winter winds.
• On the footmuff, a reflective strip is attached in the middle.
• Openings for the strap passage are pre-made. Due to different customer preferences, these are sewn shut upon delivery, but very easy to open.
• The footmuff is equipped with zippers on all sides for easy opening and "packaging" of the child.

The safety of our little ones is very important to us. The stroller is regularly tested and meets the safety requirements of wheeled child conveyances, EN 1888:2012. The baby car seat also complies with the European testing standard ECE-R 44/04.
